Regional Officer Application
Alpha Phi Theta
Ivy Tech Community College Evansville
Emerald Greene is currently a student at Ivy Tech Community College but is planning to transfer to a four-year college to receive her bachelor's degree in studio art: printmaking and an art teaching degree. She is active in many clubs on campus, including being the President of both PTK and Campus Activities Board. She is also the recent elected Indiana Regional President for PTK. She dedicates herself to her studies and her interests and is an inspiration for many. In her spare time, she enjoys creating art and preparing herself for future opportunities.
I joined PTK because of the opportunities available to me; scholarships and awards enticed me. I stayed in PTK because of the familial relationship between members of my chapter and the group of like minded individuals it gathers. PTK is a great opportunity, but I am PTK because of the experiences I’ve had through it and the way it’s helped me build up my leadership abilities, it was my step to a greater path and that’s why I stay and support it.
Vice President North
Beta Beta Alpha
Ivy Tech Community College Elkhart County
I am the mother of three wonderful young men. I am engaged to be married and my fiancé and we have been together 12 1/2 years. I am the Vice President (soon to be President) of the Beta Beta Alpha Chapter on the Elkhart campus of Ivy Tech, where I am earning two Associates Degrees. One in Accounting and the other in Business Administration. I also work for Student Life/Career Development on campus in addition to working at a local CPA firm. Since starting the college education I have found that I have a passion for mentoring younger students who are still trying to find their path in life. I am excited about being a part of the Regional Officer Team, and I can't wait to see what we can accomplish together!

As an avid runner and cardio enthusiast, I hope to someday appear on the TV show American Ninja Warrior.
Alpha Phi Eta
Ivy Tech Community College Terre Haute
My name is Cat Airhart. I have three daughters and as of 5 months ago I am a grandmother. I like to ride motorcycles, play golf, and travel with my husband. In the fall of 2015 I became a student at Ivy Tech studying business administration. I joined Phi Theta Kappa in the spring of 2016 and since than I have joined a lot of other things as well. I am a student ambassador, member of the Circle of Ivy, and I am a member of the business honor society Kappa Beta Delta. After I graduate in May I plan to come back to Ivy Tech to complete a technical certification of human resource management and Global studies. My goal for this year is helping more of our chapters achieve 5-star status. I would like to encourage our smaller chapters to achieving this goal. Our chapter last year had 4 active members, so I understand the hard work it takes to achieve 5 stars with such a small group of people, but it can be done!
